Our Yoghurt & Garlic Dressing goes particularly well with a tomato or farmer’s salad, as a dip with raw vegetables and bread or gives colorful salads a tangy spicy note.
Garlic – the wonder herb:
The white bulb is probably the best known defense against vampires. But garlic can do much more: already in use for thousands of years, the leek plant adds flavor to every dish, whether as a garlic balsamic marinade of our vegetable antipasti or in the tomato garlic dip to cheese meatball skewers but because of its strong smell and taste, some people avoid eating garlic.
Unfortunately, there is no one hundred percent cure for garlic breath but parsley, yoghurt or milk can help. A little tip from a star chef: Adding a slice of ginger as an ingredient in a dish can easily soften the garlic flavor and also gives it a refreshing lemony spicy taste.
