Two things are typical for our sweet Bavarian mustard: a fine grain that comes from coarsely ground grains and the sweet and mild flavour that is created by adding sugar while heating it up. This sweet mustard – as the name suggests – is the perfect complement to Bavarian specialities like veal sausages, meat loaf and, of course, roasted pork knuckles.
