1. Peel and core the mango for the salad. Drain the Kühne Gourmet Selection Sweet Cornichons and keep the gherkin water. Cut avocado in half, core and separate the flesh from the skin. Cut in cubes with mango and gherkins. Wash coriander and pluck leafs of. Wash and cut into rings the spring onion and the chili pepper. Mix all ingredients to a salad.
2. Roast sesame shortly without fat.
3. For the dressing wash lime under hot water, pat dry, grate the peel of and press out the juice. Peel ginger, grate finely and stir with cane sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tbsp gherkin water. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve salad in bowls and drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame.
