1. Peel the asparagus and cut off the fibrous ends. Using a peeler, cut the asparagus lengthwise into strips. Remove the fruit flesh of the watermelon from the shell and cut into thin slices.
2. Crumble feta into bite-size pieces. Chop the mint into fine pieces. Mix with Kühne Condimento Balsamico Bianco, honey and oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the asparagus, watermelon and mint with the dressing. Add the feta and serve.
