  • 1/4Red chilli pepper
  • 150 gBaby spinach
  • 50 gWalnuts not in the shell
  •  Sea salt
  •  Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 TbspENJOY Mango Power Dressing

Preparation

Rezept Junger Spinatsalat mit Avocado, Chili und Walnüssen

1. Peel the avocado and cut into wedges. Wash the chilli, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.


2. Wash the spinach and mix with 2 tbsp of ENJOY Mango Power Dressing.


3. Arrange on plates. Drape the avocado wedges on the plates. Sprinkle with the chilli cubes and walnuts.


4. Drizzle with the remaining ENJOY Mango Power Dressing. Season with sea salt and pepper.
