Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gRaspberries (e.g. from Dole)
  • 750 mlBourbon vanilla ice cream (e.g. From Carte D’Or)
  • 6Egg whites
  • 3 TbspKühne Balsamissimo Lingonberry

Preparation

Rezept Gebackenes Eis mit Himbeeren und Balsamico-Creme

Wash the raspberries and place in a high baking dish.


Cut the ice cream into thick slices and place on top of the raspberries. Beat the egg whites until stiff and spread on top of the ice cream. Back in the oven without a lid at about 180° C for approx. 12 minutes. Drizzle with Kühne Balsamissimo Lingonberry and serve immediately.
