1. Precook potatoes for 20 minutes. Afterwards, wrap each into cooking foil and back for 30 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
2. Mix the junket with the mustard and Kühne Yoghurt Dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve as dip to the potatoes.
Tip: Try the dip also with vegetable sticks, crackers or bread. The potatoes can also be prepared in the foil on the grill.
