  • 150 gHam sausage
  • 400 gTomatoes
  • 1 BunchSpring onions
  • 100 gKühne Mild & Spicy Cornichons
  • 100 gRocket salad
  • 2 TspKühne Medium Hot Mustard
  • 2 TspHoney
  • 3 TbspApple juice
  • 2 TbspKühne White wine vinegar
  • 6 TbspVegetable oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper

Preparation

Rezept Bayerisch Panzanella Brotsalat mit Bierschinken

1. Preheat oven to 150° C. Cut the soft pretzel rolls into slices 1 cm thick, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until crisp and let cool.


2. Cut the ham sausage into strips Cut the tomatoes into halves and then into slices, rinse spring onions and cut into rings. Cut Kühne Gourmet Selection mild spicy pickles into thin slices. Remove the larger stems from the rocket salad, then wash and drain.


3. For the vinaigrette, mix Kühne Mustard medium hot, honey, apple juice, Kühne white wine vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.


4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
