Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 gMixed salad (e.g. lollo rosso, lollo bianco, frisée)
  • 2 TbspKühne Raspberry Vinegar
  • 4 TbspOlive oil
  • 1 TspKühne Medium Hot Mustard
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  • 2Large white onions, 300 g
  • 2 TbspVegetable oil
  • 4Beef steaks (e.g. rib-eye), 800 g
  • 8 TbspKühne Made for Meat Smoked Pepper BBQ
  •  Materials: Barbecue

Preparation

Rezept Rindersteak mit gegrillten Zwiebeln und grünem Salat

1. Wash the lettuce, drain and tear into bite-sized pieces. For the vinaigrette, whisk together Kühne Raspberry Vinegar, olive oil and Kühne Mustard medium hot, season with salt and pepper.

2. Peel the onions, cut into slice 1 cm thick, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper. Pat the meat dry, brush with Kühne Honey BBQ Deluxe Sauce, season with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the meat and onion slices on both sides on a barbecue for about 4 minutes. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.

4. Ad the vinaigrette to the salad and serve with meat and onion rings.
