1. Purée Kühne Sliced Beetroot with vegetable stock until smooth and stir in 1 sachet of gelatine. Fill the tartlets with the beetroot mixture and refrigerate 3 hours.
2. Mix cream, cream cheese and Kühne Horseradish with Cream in a bowl until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Using a piping bag, garnish the tartlets with horseradish cream cheese and sprinkle with pistachios.
*Tip: instead of a piping bag, you can also use a freezer bag. Simply cut off a corner of the bag to create a small opening.*
