  • 100 gKühne Garlic Sauce
  • 150 gShrimp (cooked without the shell)

Rezept Bruschetta mit Avocadocreme und Krabben

1. Toast baguette slices in a toaster or in the oven at 200° C (fan oven 180° C) until golden brown. Finely grate half of the lemon zest and add with Kühne Garlic Sauce to the shrimp and mix together.


2. Squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, remove the avocado flesh out from the shell with a spoon and mash he avocado flesh in a small bowl with lemon juice using a fork. Season with salt and pepper.


3. Spread the avocado cream on the baguette slices, top with the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
