1. Wash the pears and cut them into fine slices.
2. Wash and dry thyme. Melt butter in a pan.
3. Steam the pears and thyme for ca. 1 minute, sprinkle with sugar and caramelise briefly. Deglaze with Kühne Balsamissimo Classic and water and boil up briefly. Season to taste with pepper.
4. Serve the Balsamissimo pears and garnish with the rest of Kühne Balsamissimo Classic.
Tip: Try the dip also with vegetable sticks, crackers or bread. The potatoes can also be prepared in the foil on the grill.
