  • 6Spring onions
  • 3 TbspOlive oil
  • 1Cauliflower
  •  Sea salt

Preparation

Rezept Blumenkohl-Couscous mit Frühlingslauch

1. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and dice into fine pieces. Wash the spring onions and cut into slices.


2. Remove the stalk and any leaves from the cauliflower, wash it and cut into florets. Finley chop the florets in a blender or food processor.


3. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Sauté the peppers in it.


4. Add the white of the spring onion and continue to sauté 1–2 minutes. Add the cauliflower and continue to cook everything over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
