Preparation
Rezept Käse-Frikadellen Spieße mit Tomaten-Knoblauch Dip

1. Peel the onion and chop into fine cubes, sauté the onion in a little oil over medium heat until transparent and set aside. Cut the cheese into cubes approx. 3 cm in size.

2. Kneed the Mintd meat with egg, bread crumbs, Kühne Mustard medium hot and onions and season vigorously with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too soft, add some more breadcrumbs. Form small frikadellers from the mixture and cook in the remaining oil in portions over medium heat 6–8 minutes until crispy brown. Drain the frikadellers on some kitchen paper.

3. Dice the tomatoes into fine cubes, mix with Kühne Garlic Sauce, season with salt and pepper.

4. Skewer the frikadellers with the cheese cubes in alternation. Serve with the dipping sauce.

*Tip: You can substitute gouda with any other semi-hard cheese.*
