1. Wash and peel the lettuce. Cut the bread into cubes.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan until crispy, season with curry and salt, caramelize with the agave syrup or honey, remove from the frying pan and let cool briefly.
