  •  Juice from 1 lime
  •  Salt/Pepper
  • 2 x 125 gSalmon fillets
  • 150 gCorn salad
  • 25 gRadish sprouts
  • 4 TbspENJOY ENJOY Mango Power Dressing

Preparation

1. Mix the olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper into a marinade. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Clean and wash the corn salad and let dry. Hand pick some sprouts and rinse them.

2. Take the salmon fillets out of the refrigerator and fry in in the marinade on one side in a hot frying pan. Reduce the heat and fry the fillets for about 5 minutes on both sides while drizzling the marinade from the pan over the fillets repeatedly.

3. Mix the corn salad with ENJOY Mango Power Dressing and arrange on two plates. Add the sprouts and finally place the salmon fillets on the plates.
