1. Prepare the couscous according to the package directions and let cool. Mix with Kühne Celery Salad sauce and add olive oil. Peel carrots and cut into thin strips with a peeler and add to the couscous. Peel oranges with a sharp knife, ensuring that the white skin is completely removed. Cut into sections by making slices on either side of the membrane.
2. Squeeze the lemon and collect some of the juice. Cut chives into small rolls,mix with yoghurt, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Serve couscous with yoghurt and orange slices.
