Wash and dice the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Then season with salt and pepper. Peel red onion and garlic and chop finely. Finely chop the basil as well. Mix everything with a little oil, salt and pepper. Grate carrots or peel with a Julienne peeler. Place the mixed salad in a bowl. Arrange the tomatoes, carrots, corn and edamame on top, sprinkle with parsley. Add Kühne French Dressing - and done!
