  • 100 gSpring onions

Rezept Bauernfrühstück mit Gewürzgurken

1. Wash the potatoes and cook them with their peel for 30 min. Then rinse with cold water, peel and cut in slices.

2. Fry, salt and lightly brown them. Afterwards chop the garden onions and add them.

3. Peel the tomatoes, divide into eights and add tomatoes and cubed gherkins. Whisk the eggs, pour them on the potatoes and with gentle stirring allow to cook the egg mixture.

4. At the end sprinkle the chopped garden parsley and serve with Kühne Pickled Gherkins.
