1. Rinse the fish fillet in cold water, pat dry and cut into four portions. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. In a frying pan, mix the cream, horseradish and mustard, heat and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
2. Place the fish pieces into the horseradish sauce and cook over medium heat covered for 5 minutes. Gently turn the fish over with a spatula and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat until done.
