1. Wash cucumber and tomatoes. Cut each half into thin slices, the other half into pieces. Mix horseradish and sour cream. Fry the fish fingers according to the package directions in hot oil until golden brown.
2. Cut buns in half crosswise. Spread both halves with the horseradish sour cream. Sprinkle the bottom half with fried onions, top with cucumber and tomato slices, add some salt and pepper to taste. Place fish fingers on top. Place the top bun half on top. Season the remaining cucumber and tomato pieces with salt and pepper and enjoy.
