  • 720 mlKÜHNE Green Kale ready-to-serve
  • 4Wrap(s) (à 70 g)
  • 2Kabanos sausage(s) (à 150 g)
  • 200 gCrème fraîche
  • 2 TbspMedium Hot Mustard
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper

Preparation

Rezept Grünkohl-Wrap mit Kabanossi

1. Roast wraps for about 30 seconds at each side in a pan with oil.


2. Mix crème fraîche and Kühne Mustard and season with salt and pepper. Depending on your preference, cut the sausages or the smoked salmon into small pieces and fry in a pan.


3. After that add the Kühne Green Kale and heat up briefly. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche on the wraps and put green kale and sausages/smoked salmon on top. Roll the wraps (see packing instruction).


Tip: In addition rasp fresh apple in the crème fraîche.
