  • ½Head of romaine or iceberg lettuce (400 g)
  • 8 TbspKühne [39821]
  • 2Yellow pepper
  • 4Kiwi (200 g)
  • 300 gYellow cherry tomatoes
  • 60 gItalian hard cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano)

Preparation

Rezept Blattsalat mit Kiwi und Pumpernickel

1. Crumble the pumpernickel into coarse pieces and toss in a non-stick frying pan until toasted.


2. Pluck apart the salad leaves into small pieces and sprinkle on a platter with the dressing.


3. Slice the pepper into fine slices with a mandolin slicer. Spread over the salad with the kiwi slices and tomato halves.


4. Slice the hard cheese into thin slices and sprinkle the cheese with the crunchy pumpernickel croutons over the salad.
