  • 250 gAubergine
  • 200 gCocktail tomatoes
  • 2Garlic clove(s)
  • 4 Sprig(s)Rosemary
  • 4 Sprig(s)Thyme
  • 4 TbspOlive oil
  • 2 TbspKÜHNE Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  • 100 mlKÜHNE Yoghurt Dressing
  •  Cooking foil

Preparation

Rezept Gegrillte Antipasti-Päckchen

1. Clean vegetables, cut them into bit-sized pieces und give into a big bowl. Peel and Mint the garlic. Pluck rosemary and thyme from stalk and Mint them.

2. Add herbs, garlic, olive oil and Kühne Aceto Balsamico di Modena to the vegetables, mix and season with salt and pepper.

3. Prepare two parcels for one person. Therefore, put the vegetable-mix on a piece cooking foil. Fold the foil to the top, close and grill it for approx. 15 minutes (not too hot).
As dip, serve the vegetables with Kühne Yoghurt Dressing.

Tip: Goes well with grilled meat.
