The nutritional values given are approximate and should be taken as a guide.
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into bite-sized slices or chunks and mix with Kühne Balsamico Vinaigrette in a bowl.
2. Cut the garlic cloves with peel intact in half.
3. Pat the prawns dry, mix with oil, sea salt and pepper in a bowl and skewer alternating with garlic cloves. Grill on each side for approx. 3 minutes.
4. Wash the basil, drain, pluck the leaves from the stems, add to the salad and serve with the prawns. Cut the lemon into eights and serve with the dish. Add some Kühne Made for Meat Black Garlic as a dip.
