Preparation
Rezept Grill-Käse mit Fenchelsalat

1. Wash the vegetables. Cut the fennel into thin slices, peel and cut the carrots along with the spring onions and cucumber diagonally into thin slices. Mix the orange juice with Kühne Honey Mustard Dressing in a bowl with the salad and season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut the halloumi into 8 slices, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on each side for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Serve the salad on the pitta bread and top with the halloumi cheese.
