  • 500 gSmoked pork chop

Preparation

Rezept Klassischer Grünkohl mit Kasseler und Kohlwurst

1. Cube the onions and stew them in a pot with oil glassy. Add the green kale and stew too. Pour everything with water so that the kale is just covered. Take care that enough liquid is in the cooking pot so that the kale does not get burnt. Put the cooked sausage and the smoked pork chop on top of the kale and cover the pot with a lid.


2. After approx. 30 min. cooking time, take the smoked pork chops and the cooked sausage out. Season the kale with salt, pepper and a little sugar and stir in the mustard.


3. Serve the green kale on four plates, add the meat and the sausage and serve the dish for example with fried potatoes.
