  • 150 gKühne Fine Cornichons (drained weight)
  • 8Bismarck herring(s)
  • 1Apple(s)
  • 1 BunchChives
  • 200 gYoghurt
  • 2 TbspMayonnaise
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper

Rezept Heringssalat mit Rote Bete

1. Drain Kühne Gourmet Selection Red Baby Beets, be sure to collect the brine. Cut the beets in half and then into slices. Cut Kühne Fine Cornichons into slices. Cut herring cut into bite-size pieces. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Cut the chives into thin rings.


2. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and beetroot brine until smooth. Add Kühne Gourmet Selection Red Baby Beets, Kühne Fine Cornichons, herring, apple pieces and chives, mix together and season with salt and pepper.


*Tip: serve with butter and brown bread.*
