  • 125 gSugar
  • 5 gVanilla sugar
  • 400 mlFull-cream milk
  • 150 mlCream
  • 5 gStarch
  •  KÜHNE Balsamissimo Raspberry (to taste)

Preparation

Rezept Selbstgemachtes Eis mit Fruchtsauce

1. Mix the egg, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and corn starch in a bowl until mixture is almost white.


2. Slowly heat up the milk (do not let it boil) and add the white mixture. Stir while heating up (do not let it boil). When mixture starts to harden, whip about 30. sec. until mixture has loosened.


3. Whip the cream and add it to the mixture. Let it cool down to fridge-temperature. Then put it into freezer or ice-machine.


4. Serve after about 4 hours and decorate with Kühne Balsamissimo Peach.


Tip: Delicious with coffee, walnuts, Mint, chocolate or fruits.
