Preparation

1. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Fry them golden brown in the heated butter and season with salt and pepper.

2. Crisp up the buns. Heat up the sausages and separated the sauerkraut.

3. Cut the buns and put the sauerkraut and sausage on it. Add mustard and Hot Chili Sauce as well as at the end the onion rings.
