Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 Hot Dog Buns
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 6 Coarse Bratwursts
  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Jar Kühne Barrel Sauerkraut
  • 1 Jar Kühne Fiery hot Jalapeño
  • 6 Tsp Kühne Medium Hot Mustard
  • Salt, Pepper

The information of nutritional, using Kühne products, are calculated based on the nutrition program of Unical.

Preparation

Heat up the hot dog buns in the hot oven according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the oil in a grill pan and fry the sausages for 4–5 minutes on all sides until crisp.
Cut the buns lengthwise but do not cut them completely through. Brush both cut surfaces with butter. Drain Kühne Holstein Barrel Sauerkraut and Kühne Fiery Hot Jalapeño Peppers.
Fill the buns with Kühne Sauerkraut, put the sausages in them and top with Kühne Fiery Hot Jalapeño Peppers. Season with salt & pepper, garnish with Kühne Medium Hot Mustard and serve warm.
