  • 100 gCucumber
  • 4Ciabatta bread rolls or loaf (100 g each)
  • 4Slice(s) boiled ham (40 g each)
  • 30 gSprouts
  • 4 TbspMade for Meat Sriracha Hot Chili

Preparation

Rezept Jalapeño Sandwich mit Kichererbsencreme

1. Squeeze the lemon and collect some of the juice. Drain chickpeas and purée with yoghurt and lemon juice in a tall, narrow container using a hand blender. Season heavily with salt and pepper.

2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices using a mandolin slicer. Cut the ciabatta lengthwise. Spread the chickpea cream on each bottom half of the bread and top with ham, cucumber and sprouts. Spread Made for Meat Chipotle Burger Style Sauce on each top half of the bread and place on the sandwich.

*Tip: You can also substitute the chickpeas with thick white beans.*
