1. Squeeze the lemon and collect some of the juice. Drain chickpeas and purée with yoghurt and lemon juice in a tall, narrow container using a hand blender. Season heavily with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices using a mandolin slicer. Cut the ciabatta lengthwise. Spread the chickpea cream on each bottom half of the bread and top with ham, cucumber and sprouts. Spread Kühne Hot Chilli Jalapeño Sauce on each top half of the bread and place on the sandwich.
