  • 100 gRadiccio lettuce
  • 100 gFrisée lettuce
  • 1 pc.Chicorée
  • 1–2Crunchy red apple(s)
  • 1 small Bunch(es)Tarragon

Preparation
Rezept Blattsalat mit Apfel und Estragon

1. Wash the salads, cut off the cress and cut the chive into 2-3 cm long pieces.

2. Free all lettuces from stem and wash in warm water – that removes bitter taste from endive.
Cut chicorée in stripes of 1cm size and wash in warm water. Drain in spin-dryer or shake off water with hands. Too much water left on the leafs would make the dressing taste watery.

3. Then, wash and quarter apples, remove the core. Cut the quarters in long slices. Wash tarragon and remove from stem. Only, leafs are needed.

4. Put all ingredients in a big bowl and mix with Kühne Yoghurt Dressing.
