  • 4Bockwursts
  • 1Cauliflower
  • 20 Smallpotatoes
  • 1Sourdough roll(s)

Preparation
Rezept Fleischfondue mit eingelegtem Gemüse

1. Cut the meat and the bockwurst into pieces, decorate four plates with them and refrigerate until preparation.

2. Boil the bouillon on the stove and then let simmer on a fondue chafing dish.

3. Cook the unpeeled potatoes and keep warm. Cut the sourdough bread into slices. Rinse the cauliflower and cut into florets and put into small bowls along with an assortment of Kühne vegetables and Kühne Sauces.

4. Once the guests have arrived, serve the meat, vegetables, potatoes and sauces. Each guest cooks his own ingredients in the bouillon.
