1. Peel onions and garlic and dice into fine pieces. Prepare the pepper, courgettes and mushrooms and cut into slices about 1 cm in thickness. Coarsely chop the basil.
2. Sauté the garlic, onions and vegetables in a large pan in portions with whole thyme and rosemary sprigs in olive oil for 5 minutes each until golden brown so everything is still crisp. Season the individual portions with salt and pepper. Put the cooked vegetables back into the pan and season with Kühne Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
3. Add Kühne Yoghurt Dressing and heat up everything again, season with salt and pepper and serve with basil.
