1. Prepare the shallots and finely dice. Cut the chives into thin rings. Mash the Camembert with a fork a little.


2. Add the shallots, chives, paprika and Kühne Cocktail Sauce and mix everything together. Season heavily with salt and pepper.


*Tip: The Camembert is easiest to work with if it is taken out of the refrigerator 1 hour before use. Pretzel bread rolls are the perfect accompaniment.*
