  • 400 gSpaetzle
  • 1Onion
  • 1 TbspButter
  • 200 gGrated Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 BunchChives
  • 1 TbspKühne Fried Onions

Preparation
  1. Cook the spaetzle according to the package directions in salted water until al dente and rinse with cold water.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onions and sauté in butter for 5 minutes until transparent. Add the spaetzle and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the chives into thin rings. Sprinkle the cheese spaetzle with chives and Kühne Roasted Onions and serve.
