with Yoghurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g leaf salad
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g cress
  • 20 broccoli florets
  • 2 avocados
  • 140 g feta
  • 300 g couscous
  • 40 chick peas
  • Add KÜHNE Yoghurt Dressing

Preparation

Blanch the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Prepare couscous according to package instructions. Slice avocado and cube feta. Wash the carrots and grate them. Wash salad and place in a bowl.
Spread couscous and vegetables on top. Add the dressing and spread the feta and cress over the salad. Bon appetit!
