1. Rinse fillets with cold water, pat dry and cut into strips 3 cm in thickness. Season with salt and pepper and sear in a pan with hot oil about 3 minutes on both sides. Let the fish strips cool.
2. Mix the yoghurt dressing and mustard. Season with honey, salt and pepper. Serve fish strips on a platter and top with the sauce. Serve as an appetizer and with slices of lime and herbs as desired.
