with spinach, egg and ham

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 gPasta (e.g. spirelli or penne)
  • 4Eggs
  • 200 gSpinach
  • 1Garlic clove
  • 2 TbspOlive oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  • 200 gBoiled ham
  • 150 mlKühne Yoghurt & Garden Herbs Dressing
  • 1Small red onion (50 g)

Preparation

Rezept Nudelsalat mit Spinat, Ei und Schinken

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente, drain, rinse under cold water and allow to cool completely. Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes and let cool.


2. Wash the spinach, remove the thicker stems and drain. Peel the garlic and finely dice. Sauté the spinach with garlic in oil for 3 minutes until it wilts. Season with salt and pepper, let cool and add to the pasta.


3. Cut the ham into strips and also add the noodles. Peel the onions cut into very thin rings and add to the rest of the ingredients


4. Mix the pasta with the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Peel the eggs, cut into quarters and serve with the dish.


*Tip: you can also use the same amount of thawed frozen spinach.*
