1. Wash and shake dry rocket. Peel avocado, pit and cut into cubes.
2. Rinse and drain chick peas in a sieve. Heat oil in a pan and pan the chick peas until they are warm.
3. Heat the tortillas shortly in a pan or microwave and coat them with cream cheese. Spread rocket, Kühne Sliced Beetroots, Kühne Pumpkin Cubes, avocado and chickpeas on the wraps and season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll up the wraps, smash the ends, cut in half and serve.
