Pickle smash Whiskey
With Whiskey Cornichons infusion
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 6 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. KÜHNE Whiskey Cornichons brine
- 2 tbsp. sugar syrup
- 2 mint sprigs
- Crushed ice
- (1 oz = 30 ml)

Preparation
Using a muddler, mash mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Kühne Whiskey Cornichons brine, whiskey and crushed
ice, shake vigorously. Garnish with mint sprigs and KÜHNE Whiskey Cornichon.
