1. Add the mint leaves with a little pineapple juice and sugar in a large bowl, pure with a hand blender.

2. Peel the pineapple, cut into quarters and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces and distribute on plates.

3. Add some scoops of ice cream. Top with the pineapple-mint sauce and add Kühne Balsamissimo Basil for the finishing touch.
