  • 2 TspKühne KWhole Grain Mustard
  • 100 mlVegetable stock
  • 0.5 TspSugar
  • 5 TbspVegetable oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper

Preparation
Rezept Kartoffelsalat mit Mixed Pickles-Vinaigrette

1. Cook potatoes in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, peel, let cool completely and cut into slices.

2. Drain Kühne Mixed Pickles and collect the brine. Mix a few tablespoons of the brine with Kühne Mustard Whole Grain, vegetable stock, sugar and oil to a smooth dressing and season heavily with salt and pepper.

3. Dice the Kühne Mixed Pickles and add to the dressing. Mix the dressing with the potatoes, let them marinate a little and season with salt and pepper.

*Tip: Adding a few bay leaves and cumin into the water while the potatoes cook gives them a special flavour.*
