  • 800 gWaxy potatoes
  •  Salt
  • 200 gApples
  • 1 TbspLemon juice
  • 4Spring onion(s)
  • 300 mlKühne Yoghurt Dressing
  •  Pepper
  • 8Small Wiener sausages (approx. 50 g each)
  • 4 TbspKühne Medium Hot Mustard

Preparation
Rezept Kartoffelsalat mit Wiener Würstchen

1. Wash the potatoes, cook about 25 minutes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water, peel and let cool.

2. Wash the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core, cut crosswise into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the potatoes into slices. Mix with the apples, spring onions and Kühne Yoghurt Dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Boil the sausages for about 5 minutes in boiling water and serve with Kühne Mustard with the salad.

*Tip: Kühne Fine Cornichons are the perfect accompaniment.*
