  • 150 gHulled prawns without the heads
  • 1Garlic clove(s)
  • 2Sprig(s) of thyme
  •  Fleur de sel or sea salt

  • 2 sprigsItalian parsley
  • 1 pieceFresh ginger
  • 2 tbspKühne Honey & Mustard Dressing
  • 6Cherry tomato(es)
  • 1 handfulFrisée lettuce
  • 1 sliceWhole wheat bread (60 g)

Rezept Garnelen mit gegrillten Zucchini und Friséesalat

1. Slice the courgette on a mandolin slicer in to thick slices and cook on a lightly oiled grill or non-stick frying pan on both sides. Keep the courgette warm.

2. Grill the prawns with pressed garlic clove and 1 sprig of thyme on both sides for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

3. Mix a few thyme leaves, chopped parsley and chopped ginger with the dressing.

4. Serve courgettes, tomato halves, prawns and frisée lettuce on a plate, drizzle with the dressing and serve with toasted whole wheat bread.
