1. Wash kohlrabi, zucchini, carrots, apples, iceberg salad and spring onions.
2. Peel kohlrabi and carrots. Quarter and core apples and rasp with kohlrabi, zucchini and carrots wispy. Cut iceberg salad in thin strips and spring onions in rings.
3. Layer all ingredients alternately in two glasses and garnish with cress. Drizzle Kühne Honey-Mustard Dressing at will.
