Preparation

Rezept Roastbeef-Sandwich mit Parmesan und Gurke

1. Wash and dry the lettuce and chop it a bit. Mix the sour cream and horseradish and drain the sandwich slices. Spread the half of the bread (4 slices) with the horseradish mix. Alternative you can use Kühne Remoulade instead of this horseradish cream.

2. Garnish with lettuce, sandwich slices and roast beef and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Season with pepper and sea salt and put a slice of bread above
