  • 50 gKühne Roasted Paprika
  • 150 gMozzarella balls
  •  Salt

Preparation
Rezept Rucolasalat mit Antipasti, Mozzarella und Ei

1. Add the eggs to a pot with boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

2. Wash the rocket salad and let dry. Cut the dried tomatoes and pepper and cut into thin slices.

3. Rinse the eggs with cold water, peel and cut in half.

4. Arrange the rocket salad on two plates, put the eggs, dried tomatoes, peppers and mozzarella on the salad and season with salt and pepper.

5. Drizzle NJOY Balsamico Vinaigrette on the salad.

*Egg-free option

Cut 6 artichokes from the jar into small pieces add to the salat.*
