  • 1 kgWaxy potatoes
  • 8Kühne Gherkin Quarters
  • 8Bismarck herrings
  • 1Onion (100 g)
  • 3 TbspVegetable oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  •  Kühne Yoghurt Dressing
  •  Toothpicks

Preparation

Rezept Rollmops mit Bratkartoffeln und Joghurt-Dip

1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until al dente, drain, let cool slightly.


2. Wrap each Kühne Gherkin quarter with a herring and secure it with a toothpick.


3. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into large cubes. Peel the onions and finely dice. Fry the onions in oil, add the potatoes and fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.


4. Serve fried potatoes and rolled pickled herring with Kuehne Yoghurt Dressing as a dip.


*Tip: a fresh cucumber salad makes the perfect accompaniment.*
